Official letter 3159/TCT-CS guiding penalty for invoice losing of retail list for goods and services as follows:
In case, the company loss invoices prepared on basis of sale retail of goods and services within one day for sale of goods, services with total amount of less 200,000 VND/time, The company declared, paid tax under regulations, it will be involved in administration violation in accounting field from 500,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND together with violations of regulations for keeping, preserving accounting documents.
